Sale items cannot be returned – all sale items are final sales.
Requirements for returns:
- Must be in original condition with all tags
- We have the right to reject returns with any signs of wear including marks, stretching, or perfume
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before return
- Notification of return must be received within 7 days of purchase and be received within another 7 days of notification
- You can have either an exchange, gift voucher or full refund on full priced items
If any item is faulty please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it for you. All faulty items will be given a replacement or full refund as we only want to be selling you quality items. Please let us know via email@example.com if there are any faults.
