What you'll need:
Prosciutto, large tomato, baby mozzarella balls, basil leaves, rocket, chiabatta bread, olive oil and garlic.
What to do:
- Slice tomato in half, hollow out the centre, line with basil leaves and pop in baby mozzarella ball
- Drizzle this with olive oil and bake in oven till mozzarella melts
- Toast one slice of chiabatta bread and rub it with sliced garlic
- Top the bread with rocket leaves and prosciutto
- Serve with your cooked tomatoes - drizzle with olive oil and salt & pepper to taste
