What We're Craving: Prosciutto & Rocket on Chiabatta Bread

We promise you'll love this easy and quick lunch time recipe! 

What you'll need:
Prosciutto, large tomato, baby mozzarella balls, basil leaves, rocket, chiabatta bread, olive oil and garlic.

What to do:

  1. Slice tomato in half, hollow out the centre, line with basil leaves and pop in baby mozzarella ball
  2. Drizzle this with olive oil and bake in oven till mozzarella melts
  3. Toast one slice of chiabatta bread and rub it with sliced garlic
  4. Top the bread with rocket leaves and prosciutto
  5. Serve with your cooked tomatoes - drizzle with olive oil and salt & pepper to taste
